I have two puppies and they loved it

It is so refreshing getting dog food that my dog is actually excited to eat. She isn't a big fan on the chick, chick chicken but everything else she adores!!!!

Prompt response to any queries. The packaging is great and I like the fact I give different flavours at one meal,with the convient portions sizes I'm not stuck with a 500g tub to use I can switch it up for my cats so they don't get bored. Prompt efficient service. The website is easy to navigate.

5 stars for Luna and Me, but the delivery drivers didn’t follow the “safe place” instructions, I asked for my order to be left at the side door as it’s private and shaded but it was left at my front door in full view for everyone in the blazing sunshine. I was surprised it was still there when I get home.

Amazing service

My dogs have been having Luna and me for over 8 years they are both on the senior food now they are healthy only been to the vets with a thorn in the paw wether this is the food or just healthy dogs who knows. ☺️

The customer service was excellent & would love to continue using your product. Unfortunately, despite gradual introduction to the food my 6 Main Coon cats do not eat/like the product. My new rescue kitten ate it initially, then went off it

What’s not to love? From the cute illustrations, the fantastic ingredients the perfect packaging and the fact that my three kittens come running when I tap their bowls and don’t leave a single bit. I love the convenience of freezing them and taking them out when needed simple to buy. Simple to use five stars all round thanks Luna and me. !!!

My cat is very fussy. We spent at almost a year trying different food till we found Luna and Me! She’s been ok this for a few years now and we haven’t looked back. Her coat has also never looked better. Highly recommend this food.

My dog does not like the food I have ordered. . offered a few of the patties to her with no success so now the rest of the food is sitting in my freezer. . Will try again in a few weeks

The raw food is great quality. Merins loves you raw food.

I ordered the welcome box and venison and duck patties. My dog has been fussy especially at breakfast time she is eating 2 of these a day for her breakfast and she loves them. They are easy to use and quick to defrost. The burgers as we call them look lovely. When we get a cat I will try and feed these full time. Customer service and delivery also excellent.

pets love the food. while I appreciate the frozen food needs to get here safely, with the polystyrene there is a lot of packaging. Is there any alternative or return option?

We have a very fussy 11/2 year old cavapoochon, we tried all sorts of different foods she would eat for a few days then stop. She was thin and it was a worry to see her not eating and also expensive to buy food to end up in the bin. We tried luna & me from our local raw food stockiest to recommended it to us and she ate it and has continued to do so now for the last 6 months. We now buy directly from you as you offer a large range, which is easy to order and quick service.

I purchased both dog and cat food to try. One of my cats can only eat rabbit as he has allergies. All 3 cats lived the meat and I will be subscribing. Our dog like anything so not such a test, he ate it without a problem. My only feedback would be the packaging is the same, so hard to differentiate. The only difference being a cat or dog sitting at a table. with the cat not being particularly cat like 😝 it could be very easy to get mixed up

Our chihuahuas absolutely love all of the puppy power range 🥰 They are so happy and healthy and we always get comments about their lovely shiny coats ❤️

We used Luna &Me for a number of years and had to stop last year when we moved to a much smaller house with no additional freezer space. We have now moved again and I am delighted to be able to put our dog back onto raw food. She is so much happier and looks amazing. It just goes to how how good Luna & Me is
