The service on this order was excellent. It was shipped quickly. I needed to return it. I received an authorization and a return shipping label right away. I was so happy to receive such good service. I will definitely shop at LuLu and Georgia again.

The "sample" cloth shipping notification
The "sample" cloth shipping notification email didn't include the items so I was expecting to receive "the couch" I ordered and surprised I only received the sample that I ordered 3 wks back.

Horrible, Horrible Service
Customer Service is the worst. Still no response after 7 days. No customer service number to call, they force you to communicate solely via email to which, they do not manage well at all.

The delivery team never put
The delivery team never put our table together and after calling the warehouse several times in the last month for someone to come out…we put it together ourselves. We would like a refund for delivery ASAP.

The customer service was excellent. The first coffee table shipped to us had a broken marble top, unfortunately. Lulu and Georgia rectified the problem immediately and made the process extremely easy. I will definitely buy from Lula and Georgia again based on their excellent customer service and products, of course.

Honestly getting this piece took
Honestly getting this piece took way more time than anticipated. However, when I contacted support my reps were phenomenal. It was a disappointing experience with the actual shipping. I will not be purchasing any items that require large shipment in the future.
