Waited patiently for months for this bed and it’s finally here and it’s not first quality and you haven’t replied to my messages.

The guys who delivered this piece were not prepared to move this into my house, and had a pretty difficult job. They needed an extra person. Had to admit I was a bit nervous watching them move a white piece of furniture that was too heavy for two people to move up my stairs. They ended up dinging the texture off my wall in a corner that now has to be fixed. They also got the piece a bit dirty in a few places, but I was able to clean that. Would have been a much better experience had they been prepared, since I did order the white glove delivery. So happy with the piece itself, and the work these two men did to get it in place, but they were under-manned.

It is impossible to get the sense of a wallpaper when only provided with a sample that was at most 3” x 4”. Thank goodness I didn’t have to cover the cost of FedEx delivery!

One chair leg was showing through the cardboard box it was packaged in. Fortunately no damage had been done.

I would like to review my product but after nearly a month that I placed the order the rug has still not been delivered nor can Metropolitan warehouse even inform me as to where the rug is. For the cost of 259 in shipping why don’t you use ups or fedex which has an accurate & efficient shipping infrastructure. I’m beginning to think this company is a scam. 30 days and still no delivery is simply unacceptable

My first order with Lula and Georgia was a ceiling fan which arrived promptly and I was pleased with the overall experience.

HORRIBLE!! Days to get a response customer service is horrible . you need customer care to answer a phone - email 2 days later does not help . I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SOFA!! I find it hilarious that you are asking me for a review when you have not even delivered my sofa yet. That Sums up customer service and lack of knowing what is going on.

I ordered a rug that was delivered wet and moldy. The rug was completely encased in plastic, so the rug was not wet it transport but rather packed that way originally. The rug was delivered to my 4th floor. Upon opening the rug it was immediately evident that there was mold as the stench was instantly terrible. I contacted customer service right away. I tried to call the 888 number first, but a machine informed me that because of the amount of inquiries they were not answering calls and should email. I sent my first email on June 17 and I am still waiting for the rug to be picked up. My entire house stinks. I cannot move it outside (I explained this in an email) as I live in a town house with no garage. I was told through email that the pick up was expedited and they would call to pick up soon.That was almost 2 weeks ago. Although I have requested nearly a dozen times that someone call me, they refuse to call me about this issue. My entire home reeks and I am sure I am breathing unhealthy substances. I have learned a lesson here to call a company before I order to see if they accept phone calls. Lulu and Georgia is hiding behind their computers and they are not concerned with servicing their customers. This rug was over $2000 and yet I cannot get a phone call. Extremely disappointed and I will never shop from them again.

Terrible customer service- no response from anyone on where my table is after failed deliveries and broken deliveries. Seems like no one has a clue what is going on or cares to figure it out. So incredibly disappointing,
