Still sleeping with less shoulder pain. But this mattress is heavy but I love it

Knowing that Layla doesn’t make the mattress until you order it, I was surprised at how quickly mine arrived after I’d placed an order. A King sized, and I purchased the extra Layla cushion, it’s very comfortable, and a good height for deep dish sheets. Firm enough for my husband, and soft enough for my hips and shoulders. I enthusiastically recommend this company!

Once I decided which mattress I wanted, ordering was quick and simple. Shipping was pretty quick too. I bought the queen sized, hybrid mattress. It has two firmness levels. Where one side is softer and the other is firmer. Decided to try the softer side first. This thing is Awesome! The majority of my morning back pain is gone. They did send two pillows along with the mattress. They are too flat for my taste. The little pillows were swimming inside a too big, too thick cover.

I really wanted to like this mattress. I am a on the larger side, (as is my spouse) so that may have something to do with it. I am 100% a side sleeper. I have all sorts of back pain, hip pain, leg pain, you name it I have it. I need support but I also can’t have it too firm or it hurts. This mattress (on the firm side, which really is not firm) was wonderful for one month. Then something happened and it lost all support. I just began sinking in way too much. My husband is a back sleeper and had no issues. I began waking up with terrible lower back pain that just would not go away. But I will say, Layla has been great with the return process. Don’t be scared to try this mattress! Also, it is so heavy, and when they deliver it, you will need help getting it to where it needs to go. And it’s near that you can turn it over, if you want a softer mattress, but it’s super easy and if you have any type of back issues, good luck!

Package was perfect. Love my bed for the price point definently recommend the purchase. Use the firm side and it isn’t too firm will be ordering again in the future. Pillows were okay, would like them to be a little softer would probably skip out on that.

I did not end up keeping the Layla Mattress due to my needing something a bit softer, however the returns process was so smooth and easy. Tried a Nectar Mattress first and their return policy was a nightmare! Had to fight for over a month to get my money back! Nothing like that with Layla! When they say easy, no questions asked money bak guarantee they mean it!

We love our king size on firm

In 17 years, we have gone through 8 mattresses trying to find the right comfort and support. We spent a wide range of money from low to very high thinking that you get what you pay for. That mattress that cost nearly $10k was the worst bed of all. Others were initially comfortable to lay on, but we didn’t sleep well. The Layla bed has been everything that we needed. We sleep like babies through the night and don’t experience any pain points in the hips or shoulders. I wish it hadn’t taken us so long to find this mattress. So many hours of sleep lost!

We have 3 now. They are so comfy. They help to eliminate neck and shoulder stress. Will definitely buy again!

Love the bed! Just got back from a trip and couldn't wait to climb into my Layla bed. I slept like a baby.

I really like that you can choose a soft side or a firm side. I've been using the firm side and it's just perfect for me. The mattress is well made of quality materials and you can tell it'll last a long time. It keeps you cool throughout the night. I did notice the soft side seems a little warmer but probably because you sink in a little more. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Great customer service! We bought 2 Hybrid Twin XL mattresses for our king bed. The mattresses were very good quality and well made, but the hybrid mattress may not be supportive enough for someone weighing more than 250lbs. My husband felt like it was too soft, even on the firm side of the mattress, and didn’t support his weight well. I liked the soft side of the mattress, and I was comfortable, but we decided that the set would not work for us. Customer service was extremely helpful and very responsive. They suggested a few helpful things to try, but those suggestions didn’t work for us, so we finally decided to return the set. Layla arranged a local charity to come and pick up the mattresses, and we received a full refund. Their email communication was fantastic, and I was very happy with the whole process. Layla is a great company that stands by its word. I highly recommend their products. Thanks Layla!
