Very easy to file a warranty claim. The process from purchasing the mattress 4 years ago to having to file a warranty claim 4 days ago has been simple and seamless. Customer service is superior. Communication is consistent. Great product. Awesome company. We are lifetime customers for sure.

website pretty straight forward. best feature is the chat option with TAYLOR. how often in the world is chat even productive. TAYLOR is always always super helpful. has helped me several times. I even upgraded my purchase soley because of this.

Vibration/massage feature not working after 2 years. I tried to swap out “controller” Layla sent me under warranty. Repair expertise exceeded my capabilities so I paid service fee for 3rd party service provider ($125). Controller swap out didn’t fix problem. Layla then sent motors to remedy issue. Layla also covered 3rd party repair technician visit (3rd party service technician was excellent!). Problem solved. Thank you Cody/Layla!

I ordered two bed frames, and one was lost in the mail. Layla responded to my email on a Saturday night and shipped me another. I quickly received my second frame. Thank you!

Having relied on a budget mattress in the past, I was hesitant to spend so much on a new mattress but I'm so glad I did! My sleep quality has improved so much; I'd thought I had insomnia issues, but turns out my old mattress just wasn't getting the job done. It's actually kind of silly how much my level of alertness and focus has gone up during the day! Also I didn't expect to switch between the "firm" and "soft" sides so much, and I was surprised to find I prefer the "soft" side! So I'm glad I have the option.

Just received our mattress, this is the second night we slept on it, need more time but both my husband and I at this time like it. We both said the first night we did not toss and turn as much as we did with the original Layla mattress (foam) that we purchased about 7 years ago.

Easy return process if things don’t work out. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately the mattress was too hard but I highly recommend trying one if you are in the market for a mattress.
