I have always love each of the masterpiece purchased from Kulture, starting from 4-5years ago when I first purchased my suarwood from Kulture their service has always been one of the reason for me to return to them. Esi would always politely answer to all my queries with regards to the product. Charles even personally delivered item to us back then and both of them are extremely generous with their service. They will go extra miles for their customer. Not forgetting the beautiful, neat and detailed craving I got from all the pieces, the carve man can be seen as passionate in their work from the art piece. The Balinese door that we ordered is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and we could not be happier with our purchase. The beautifully hand carved door is exactly what is shown online. My husband and I were not able to go back to Bali again due to the pandemic and our goal was to purchase a Balinese door on our next holiday to Bali. The Kulture store was able to accomplish our goal. Esi, was great answering all my questions and provided excellent costumer service. Again, we are very happy with our beautiful door and will look for other pieces in the future.
