My product did not look like the one advertised on Etsy. It is missing quite a lot of details. I pointed this out to the sellers and they confirmed that the artists forgot a step. The sellers did not agree to exchange the product free of charge, due to high shipping costs. That said, the sellers are friendly and responsive, and two other (larger) pieces I purchased from them in the past are beautiful.

The peacock is just exquisite. The carving is intricate. This was exactly the piece we had in mind. Like a show stopper! The delivery was very timely and they were very quick to respond on my queries and even helped yo arrange for a handyman to hung the piece. Thank you. The ordered goods were delivered, way too late as anticipated and after many calls, they eventually did not even respond. Even promises on paid installation is not followed up! Many excuses, after you paid, I will not recommend this company. Even the pictured items, compared to what is delivered is NOT the same.

Overall it was a great shopping experience. Price range is not cheap but affordable. Product description was accurate. Product quality was at its best. Delivery was smooth

We couldn't be happier with the turnout of our custom mirror, especially with the quality of their craftsmanship. We were a little apprehensive since everything was handmade, and the design could differ slightly because of it, but the team in Bali knocked it out of the park and were even very accommodating towards minor woodworking adjustments before they headed to paint. Our vision for our new home is slowly coming to life following the installation of the mirror, which also doubled the visual space of the hallway! We can't recommend Kulture HD enough, especially for their intricate handmade wood work. Order with confidence!

I have started the contact with the kulture official in Feb this year, the order was completed in May, however the panels were just received yesterday. The delivery is EU, I felt that needs a very long waiting time. However the items arrived well and per order. The time is long but is worth it.
