Hi. I just want to say I love your plastic-free all metal water bottle cap. I have 2 of your bottles and purchased caps when they came out. They have never leaked. Great job on actually having plastic and silicone free lids that work! I would LOVE a daily leak-proof 8, 10 or 12 oz coffee mug/tumbler with the same style lid which works the same way, that won’t leak in your bag. I’ve been searching for years and it doesn’t exist yet. I hope yall will do it one day! There is a market for this because year there is a slew of new articles trying to sell “better” alternatives to what’s currently out there but it’s the same old plastic nonsense if you want durability or leak proof. I own a wider mouth leak proof mug that has metal, minimal plastic (pp) & silicone; the metal/silicone/pp top screws in like your top… why not make one like this but plastic free/all metal? Perhaps a universal top that could fit a variety of non-bottle drinkware like tumblers or mugs similar to what you already sell but they have internal thread for a lid option. I was looking to swap out all my plastic sippy cups and found the 10 oz klean canteen cup with straw and lid to be a great alternative. They hardly leak and are easy to wash and assemble.

Love the Thermos, except for one thing. When you pour it into a cup, it drips all down the side. That's the only change I would recommend on future design. I did not want a spout type to clean.

Products are great, but availability in Canada is lacking. The distributor here (that KK customer service told me to contact) was terrible. Took 2 months for them to reply. They had none of the parts I needed, and then told me to contact Klean Kanteen directly. So that was not helpful at all. Klean Kanteen would not ship directly to me in Canada, which is rather annoying. I ended up ordering in the US and having it shipped to a parcel service at the border. It's a lot of extra hassle for parts. I really wish they had better distribution and service in Canada. But overall, I love their products. I still have my original bottles from 16 years ago.

Fast, speedy, reliable. Also, great products. It's just massively overpriced.
