Great water bottles, love the unique thread design -makes it way easier for cleaning.

Ordering online was very easy and the items arrived quickly. Our only issue is it was hard to find one in stores in San Francisco.

The post office said it delivered but it wasn’t to my house or cluster box. They never could figure out what they did with it. About a week later, someone left it on my porch with a note that aid it was delivered to the wrong address.
