I have placed orders with Kiyonna for years and have always been pleased with their products; however, they lack in customer service if you are asking for a refund even though you paid the fee in advance for a return. I ordered two dresses for options and planned to return one (which is why I paid the fee). However, I tried returning exactly on the 30th day and their site would not allow it. I called and emailed customer service and received no response. I called two additional times and left messages, emailed twice and tried to send a chat message on their website with no response. Regardless if they will offer a refund or not, someone should have the courtesy to respond to a customer’s inquiries. Ignoring your customers is not good business practice. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received (lack of) and expected more from this company.
