Dress arrived when they said it would.

I am disappointed that there is no way to track the return process and that it can take up to 10 business days after the returned product is received to receive a refund. The offer of paying extra to do what is noted as a free return doesn't make it a free return; that makes it a cheaper return. Both the additional cost for the return (Free) and the lack of an option to track the return weigh heavily on whether I will purchase in the future.

I think your dresses are beautiful however I am the smallest plus size but they are entirely to long and I have long legs and I’m 5’41/2” tall. Every dress I ordered was to long. I think they need to come in shorter lengths or petite plus sizes. Disappointing because the dresses are pretty and fit nicely except on the models they look great on. a little shorter person to long.

They do not do free returns although the website makes it seem like they do. Buyer beware, it is not free, shady business practices and NOT to be trusted. The dress they sent me was really cheap and flimsy and i didnt get much of my money back

I absolutely love this new dress from Kiyonna. I looked and looked for a dress to wear to my nephew's wedding. I love the look and feel of the dress. It's fancy - not overly fancy. It hangs very nicely. I wanted to know the best way to tie the dress, and their customer service sent me a video of the best way to tie the dress - I was amazed! The first dress I ordered was damaged by the delivery company. I emailed Kiyonna, and a very helpful customer service team member immediately ordered a new one and sent a label allowing me to return the first dress at no cost to me. Love the dress and appreciate the service!

Great company that makes beautiful good quality dresses for plus size gals at a reasonable price.

The quality is A+ as it always is from Kiyonna. However, I do not like the design of the dress at all. The stripes are very masculine and bold and I was not able to see this from the online picture. Unfortunately, I am horrible with online returns, so I will likely just donate it.

In return to this company when I need a nice dress because returns are easy and that is important to me.
