I love the sandals, however, they sent me the wrong size. I tried to email them and there hasn’t been a response. I decided to just start the exchange process and the shipping label wouldn’t work and the site stated to email them. Of course, no response. I did finally get a return label, however, once I mailed the sandals back, I have not received an email that they were received or a new pair mailed. Frustrating customer service! I’ll probably not buy directly from Italian Shoemakers again.

The shoes were larger than expected, which was disappointing. Additionally, the service was quite slow, making the overall experience frustrating. One of the biggest inconveniences was that my return mail label wasn’t generated automatically as it should have been—I had to reach out to customer support to request it, which added unnecessary delays. I expected a smoother process and better efficiency.
