I love my new Glider. It arrived on time with all accessories in the box. The wood is beautiful with the blue color scheme. It’s also unbelievably light. Great board, excellent service.

Ordered my SUP with ease on the website. The speed of delivery was very fast. I thought I was going to have to wait, but it was there within a week. I had a great experience with ISLE. Didn’t need to use their customer service and I would definitely order from ISLE again.

Quicker delivery than expected. I ordered them abs less than two days later that were on my doorstep. Great for free shipping! Out of the selection of boards, I bought the pioneer and explorer. The check out on the website was a breeze.

Board and accessories are great, 5 stars. Third party freight partner used for Austin Texas area is terrible, 0 stars. None of the described communication or arrangements happened. Purchase left ISLE right away and customer service was responsive, but no results. I received no calls or emails to schedule delivery. Online scheduling confirmation didn't mean anything. Three weeks after purchase, I called CoPilot rep, got Action Freight info, tried to call them, then showed up unannounced and personally picked up my board. While I was there the phone was ringing non-stop with upset customers of all kinds. It helps that shipping was "free", but ISLE and CoPilot need to stop working with Action Freight.

The paddle board is great! The texture is so cool and I love that it comes with a matching bag and leash. The paddle is also great quality. So happy I moved from an isup to this. Can’t wait to take it out on the water!
