I know this review is a little late, but better late then never. The purchase was easy. Delivery was on time and the boards arrived in perfect condition. Their shipping department did an excellent job packaging. I've had the boards out dozens of times and they are light and easy to get up on the vehicle.

i knew the Isle Scout was steady but I didn’t expect it to be so fast! It’s perfect for me and my 60+ lb four-legged passenger. And even with a canine copilot I can out-paddle friends sup’ing solo. I’m also very impressed with the ease of deflating and repacking. The board and backpack are thoughtfully designed, sturdy, and good looking. Both the dog and I LOVE our new Isle Scout!

I just purchased my 2nd Inflatable board from Isle, The first one I purchased was 7 years ago and it is still in great condition I just wanted another one....Isle is phenomenal quality and the Customer Service is Top Notch...I HIGHLY recommend Isle, I just had a friend of mine buy a ISUP from Isle and she feels the same.

Board is awesome! It does take a really long time to inflate with the given pump. It’s also unclear how to fit everything back into the bag it comes with

We are really enjoying the stability and light weight of this board. A satisfying experience after some shipping damage on the first product. But, hats off to Isle customer service for making it right and getting a second board here very quickly that was undamaged.

After waiting for weeks for our sup, the freight company called saying our board that was supposed to be delivered that day was damaged. I called Isle and everyone I spoke to was absolutely wonderful. We had a new board in a week and are enjoying it immensely. Fantastic customer service!

I Purchased the cross bar pads for the areo blade crossbar to transport standup paddle board. ISLE PROVIDED Excellent service and fast shipping. Product is good quality and priced below items of similar quality. The cross bar pad fit perfectly and has very secure attachments. I like the colors on the pads and they should provide years of service. I would buy from ISLE again and will recommend to friends and family.

In the past, I have purchased a few Sup’s including a Pioneer And 15’ Meg no problems. I love them 5 stars. Hands down best products! To make it easier on the wife, I recently purchased the 145$ Electric pump. First time using it, right out of the box..it took 20 minutes to get to 6 psi. I literally have to wait 30 mins to let it cool down, and start the process back up. Almost an hour later I made it to 14 psi. I should have just pumped it by hand. What makes it worse..is their satisfaction guarantee. Just dont forget the 20 percent restocking fee and pay your own postage. What a joke for a product that has been defective from the beginning. I will loose too much value to send it back. It will sit in the box...ISLE stamped on it..wasting away

Board arrived with some glue issues but absolutely in love with it and so happy to have it. Enjoying SUP life in the land of lakes.

Order arrived ahead of schedule. Package was packed extremely well. So far so good. No issues. Very windy here so have only taken them out twice. (20+). Love the lightness of the board as well as the width of the board. Seems very durably. Looking forward to the summer and less windy days!
