I love everything about my new Isle paddleboard. It has been so fun taking it to the lake. I took my dog last time and there was plenty of room for both of us. Next time, I’m taking my fishing pole! I’m gifting a board to our long-time babysitter for her graduation gift soon! 10/10 would recommend

I was so anxious to get my board and nervous because I was unsure what delivery would look like that I called Isle often and they were easy to reach and helpful and reassuring. Process was not worth worrying about as I got it in a reasonable timeframe and delivery went smoothly. The board is gorgeous and I love it! Totally different than the board I had but within seconds I had the hang of it. It goes a little faster on smooth water than what I was used to so everything they say on website is true, board type matters. We live on a canal and I love going up and down canal. It did not handle choppy water of bay as well and by that I mean it didn't cut through the waves as much and I hat to work harder. But again that goes to board selection. For me, that means that I am already planning which one I am buying next!!

We ordered our board over a month ago and we still have not received it. Have called the shipping company multiple times with no results. Dont order from Isle if you want you product in a timely manner!

I ordered the Pioneer last summer after reading stellar reviews. This board is everything I was looking for- stable, easy to inflate and transport. Absolutely love that all the gear fits into a backpack. Totally saved my sanity during this pandemic to paddle around mountain lakes and reservoirs! My order came quickly and I found the videos on the website to be very helpful before launching it for the first time. Love this board so much I just bought a second one for our family. I had been coveting the Megaladon for months before we finally made the purchase, and it absolutely lives up to its name. Do yourself a solid and buy the electric pump. It takes about 10 minutes from the time you unpack it to the time you get on the water, and it's awesome! We live in San Diego and love that ISLE is a local business! This board will make our entire summer, and be our favorite toy year round!

I purchased the inflatable Pioneer board during their $100 off sale and so happy I did. I got the board 2 weeks within ordering. When I inflated it for the first time I noticed a small cosmetic tear on the foam padding. I reached out and their customer service team was absolutely incredible in fixing the problem super quickly. I also have an 80 lbs husky that did great on the board. I was nervous that his nails might pop the board but I made sure his nails were dull and there is no evidence that he was even on it after hours in the river. I am beyond impressed! Super sturdy and easy to maneuver. **If you have a large dog, get this board** 15 psi worked great for me and my pup. The hand pump takes me about 30 min to air up because I needed to take breaks. My next purchase will definitely be the electric pump.

Really like this board! The 11.6 explorer. and the paddle is great too. Lots of room, buoyant, and draws a pretty straight line. Glad I stopped shopping and pulled the trigger on this one.

I ordered 2 boards one was perfect and the other had slight damage to the base. Contacted customer service and they promptly took care of my claim. I was very impressed with how great the customer service was! I would highly recommend this company!

I ordered a replacement fin from "PEAK" back in June 2020. They were on back order and said they would email me when they were back in stock. I emailed them in January 2021 to see if they had any updates when they would be back in stock. They let me know that they had sold out to ISLE who would have replacement fins. Once I got the order in it was a very fast delivery. Though I wish the miscommunication between companies hadn't happened during the shift over.
