I ordered the iReliev wireless pod system several months ago after trying everything to relieve my back pain. I wasn’t really sure they would help and I’d had experience with wired TENS. Once I started using them, I was convinced! I’m scheduled for lumbar surgery this month, but I can tell you, the wireless TENS system has been a life saver. I put them on first thing in the morning and leave them on for 6-7 hours until the pods need to be recharged. BTW, the pods charge a lot faster than I would have thought. Thank you iReliev. Also, I know this review is glowing, so believe me it is justified AND I received NOTHING from iReliev for this review.

I was born with Spastic Cerebral Palsy and I used a TENS unit as a kid to help manage pain and other symptoms. My doctor recommended I give one another try as an adult (31 years old) who doesn't always have time and energy to exercise. The TENS + EMS unit has been fantastic in helping relieve pain and tightness on muscles I have a hard time stretching or can't control at all. The device was a breeze to set up and learn how to use. The different modes and levels of intensity give me a lot of options, based on what I need for any given day. My quality of life and pain levels have improved so much and I cannot recommend it enough!

I have a pinched nerve in my back and the only way I can sleep is using the iReliev system. The cordless bluetooth system is great. I also had a problem where the remote stopped working. Your excellent customer service staff helped me get a new remote in a short amount of time! Please give her my 5/5 rating to her. Also, I like ordering my electrode pads from the company and Amazon. Its easier and the money is going to the company and not Amazon.
