I'm so very grateful to have found iReliev. The device works perfectly and not only is is superior to what I had bought....it works exactly as advertised. Thank you for being a company that still cares about customer service and satisfaction. I previously used the NeuroMD devices. When I bought their newest device last fall, one of the "discs" would not turn on, or "pair" with the remote. This happened the very day I received it and I immediately tried contacting their customer service. They refused to allow me to return it for a replacement (it hadn't been used) and instead continued to insist that I participate in a Zoom call with them. I'm an intractable pain person and the last thing I have time or energy for is to sit and try to troubleshoot it - as I'd already done that myself. So that expensive and useless device has been in a drawer.

I ordered a set of the iReliev pads. They work great. I am very pleased with the results of the iReliev IF.

Great Product and service

I am very happy with my I relieve tens unit. Ithaca is used almost daily and helps my pain so much. It is very powerful compared to other brands. The batteries last a very long time as well. I have bought the pads multiple times and enjoy the large one the most.
