So far not impressed. The sample I returned was lost in the mail (not ImAware fault of course) and I haven’t received the replacement kit yet.

The test results were very accurate

I sent the blood sample on Wednesday via UPS in prepaid envelope and results were available on the next Tuesday. The results were consistent with blood draw tests.

I ordered my test 01/15/22. I received it on 01/19/22 and sent it immediately back that same day. I continued to track it and on UPS site it stated it was delivered to the front desk on 01/21/22 . However on patient portal it said they received it on 01/24/22. That being said I should have received my results according to their time line of being within 7 business days on 01/28/22. Well that didn’t happen! On 01/31/22 I received an an email saying they are having a delay of 2-5 days for my results.. well now today is 02/04/22 (which is 5 days after that last email) and I emailed about my results and now am being told I will receive them no later then next week. The run around just to get these results it’s ridiculous. I am however leaving a 3 star review due to the fact they did credit me a refund for this inconvenience. But, money is not the issue here. I specifically used this company for a reason and I clearly need my results for a reason. I do not want to be getting a run around and constantly told multiple different times of when I will receive my results. I will not be using this company again

Test was easy to use thanks to clear instructions on website.

The sample collection was fairly straightforward and well described. Giving this 3 stars for now as I have not received my results yet and it has been 10 business days since my sample was sent in but will update when they’re ready. Customer support has been helpful and said they’re unfortunately experiencing delays.

It’s been two weeks since I sent my test in and haven’t received anything back at all.

It took a little bit longer to get my results back but in all fairness it was a short holiday week. The information they provide you is more than my doctor gave me. I am impressed.

It's been 3 weeks and I don't have my test results.

I used the UPS tracking number listed on the patient portal to confirm the test kit arrived back at the facility (via the UPS website). It’s been 8 days and no results or confirmation that the package was received on the Imaware patient portal. I also sent an email and have not yet received a response.

I have been waiting weeks and weeks for a result with no indication as to its end date. At this time, I will be able to get the same test done for free through my insurance at the doctors office. Also, there is no ID requirements ON the specimen which is required on all other laboratory testing companies and laboratories. I personally made sure to place a sticker on my samples to make sure proper ID was carried through. I will return to EVERLYWELL.

I read all the website information about my test before I took it. The instructions to register & take my test were super easy to do on my phone. The sample collection guide had effective steps to prepare for my test. I also took another test elsewhere that confirmed my results from imaware. If you’re wondering if you should get the test, here’s your sign to buy one.

Me and my husband had 3 tests done. It was so easy. We received them within days after ordering and the test results were posted in less than 5 days after mailing them back. The actual test was a simple painless finger prick. I honestly didn’t even feel it. Easier than blood work at the doctors office!!

Easy to do and great customer service.

According to the test I have no allergies. There is the limitation of what is being tested so that it makes sense that whatever is causing my eyes to be red, puffy and constantly irritated was simply not on the panel. There are different types of allergic reactions so that it was interesting to me that despite having an anaphylactic reaction to walnuts and pecans I had no evidence of any allergy markers. Similarly lactose intolerance is not an allergy but I find it interesting that it is included in the panel because it doesn't show up when someone is lactose intolerant. Basically, the test is limited and knowledge of the different types of allergic reactions -immediate vs. delayed vs. intolerances is helpful when interpreting the results. I was generally disappointed and found that the across the board negative results were unhelpful.
