I guess the test are accurate. I've done two. Both were different as far as collection goes and then the doctors gave me my results in different measurements. So I had to take extra time to Google and find out the different ways to measure before I could compare.

The fertility tests at the time were tricky in that you had to be on a certain day of your cycle to take it and it had to be M/T/W/Th for the lab to accept it. It took six months for these to line up for me and yet my lab was rejected. Turns out imaware doesn't work with that lab anymore. Imaware said they emailed me but there is no such email. At the least, scanning the test to collect my results could've told me this wasn't a good kit anymore. Four bruised fingers for a week for nothing. They offered to send a new test but I'm just getting my results from a real provider now instead. I do not wish to be contacted as I've already worked with support.

This seems like a total waste of time and money. My results simply never showed up.

My experience so far has been disappointing. The website was having an issue when I was doing my test and preparing to send it in, so it didn't seem to log. I emailed with customer service and they assured me that I would still receive my results via email within 7 business days. It's been 10 business days now and I am not sure I will. I'll update or delete this review should that change. But for $100 or whatever I paid, I probably wouldn't do it again.

Didn’t finish testing because of a date on sample missing. Seems stupid to me because instructions say to mail on a Monday. They could have looked at ship date and done test. Instead they just declined testing. Waste of money.

I am absolutely so impressed with imaware. I ordered a test kit and was guided all the way through the process. Once setting up an account with a dashboard, I was notified when my results were ready (approx 1 week as imaware states) and I was provided wit the results. I received frequent e-mails along the way with all kinds of info on various health issues. Just can't say enough about this incredible company.

It took about a week for my results, which were easy to read and understand. Super helpful for those who want to avoid the struggles of booking a doctor's appointment, as it takes weeks to months to get in these days. The blood collection was very simple, with easy instructions to follow. Would definitely recommend!

I received a PSA test and waited 3 days after having sex to take the test. Then, on STEP 1, where I have to enter the kit code on the web site, I get an error "Invalid Kit Code". I just got it in the mail a week ago! I want a full refund. I would not recommend imaware to anyone, and I will never use them again.

Poor communication, no word from a test that was sent in a month ago, and poor instructions on how to exactly take the tests.

The login is a little tricky to find

the finger pricks are too small to produce enough blood for a sample. not even close. after the third kit i recieved i gave up. $69 down the drain.
