With the dollar in the hole and too many experiences with brokers, shipping hassles and duty, it was a huge relief to get stuff pretty fast in Canada with no hassle at a reasonable price. Granted, I had to call, but one call was all it took. Fair enough, it was a special order, not posted on the website. Good on you, guys. Not thrilled with the parcel delivery service (don't tell me you made a second attempt at delivery when I'm literally staring at the signed first delivery notice with parcel drop instructions still stuck to my front door at eye level). But that's not Mosaic's fault.

Customer service is exceptional, and very responsive. They helped me out a lot with the correct pieces to buy for my underwater rig.

I have to say I was very impressed with the customer service I received when purchasing the housing and dome port for my A7s. I didn’t have much time before my trip, and thought I had blew my chance to get it in time. The guys at Moziak worked overtime, kept me informed every step of the way, and had it delivered to my door with a few days to spare. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Kudos Guys!

After using the Fantasea underwater housing for the first dive trip, the housing securing knob rusted and the fiber optic cord connector (hard plastic with O-ring seal) broke when trying to remove it. Mosaic mailed me new parts including softer connectors (Inon Rubber Bush) and an L-shaped Inon connector which I didn't expect. Kudos to great service! I just wish the delivery person hadn't left the small package in the snowbank where I almost missed it! And as reminder to myself and others, remove the connectors from the housing and strobe after each dive and rinse them, even if you soak the gear in fresh water after a dive. Thanks again Mosaic.

I had a wonderful service. People at Mozaik answered all of my questions very accurately and the live chat system was very helpful too. They ordered items that were not sold on the website directly from the company, so I was able to order all of my items from them, saving on duties and shipping (free). It is a canadian company, which was also very convenient for me, as our dollar is low. I will buy from them again in the future.

I purchased a strobe which on my first dive on a South Africa trip malfunctioned. IT was not a water related problem either. I sent the Strobe back to mozaik who handled everything with the manufacturer and sent back a brand new strobe, mind you the trip was shark diving in south africa so I lost the use of the strobe then, but that happens.

I recently ordered a small package of INON Rubber Bush connectors for my INON S-2000 Strobe (which I bought through Mozaik) and, once again, was very impressed with the service. There was major confusion on behalf of the carrier in delivering the items and, in fact, instead of sorting out the delivery they sent the items back to Mozaik. I contacted Mozaik and explained the issue and they were very quick in reissuing the order and sending it (different carrier) rush. I had the connectors within a couple of days. Mozaik provides excellent customer service and really places customer needs as priority. They stand behind their product and their service and they never disappoint.

There was a glitch not being able to see my order paid by PayPal. It was fixed within a few days. If you are living in Canada, it is very convenient to buy throught Mozaik as you don't need to worry about unexpected duty/brokage fees. Just plan a bit more time between order and delivery. Ran answered very promptly to all my emails for inquiry about order and shipping. Overall, very positive experience.

Recently I ordered a housing and light package plus few more accessories from Mozaik. Honestly speaking, I was very worried before order and after ordered from Mozaik because I have never ordered such an expensive stuff via online, moreover, it is so far away from my country. However, I felt very fortunate I found Mozaik and made the order. I received my order last week via TNT & USPS and the items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition.
