I ordered the camera and when I saw it would arrive when I was out of town, I asked for it to be sent on a certain date to ensure I would be home and have it for an amazing dive trip. The communication got mixed up, but the customer service was excellent and they sent it to me so that it arrived the day before my trip! Thank you for all your assistance in making me a happy camera diver!

Have ordered quite a lot of equipment over the years from Mozaik. They always assisted me with questions I had regarding specific equipment, and guided me through the process. The prices are in line with the market and shipping is painless. Can't recommend enough.

It is often said the mark of good service is how well a company responds to a mistake. In this case it turned out that I had made the mistake but Ran at Mozaik still fixed the problem i had caused at their expense. Now that's five star customer service.

We were happy with the products. However, customer service leaves a good deal to be desired. Bought several items as a bundle and they all arrived separately, a few days later than expected based on claimed availability and therefore missed a birthday. A critical piece to attach strobe to camera arm was missing so I just ordered it from elsewhere.

Everybody on this site has been very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me setup my fantesea a6000 underwater casing and inon strobe. Tal contacted the vendor to help me with the setup and took some time to explain the mechanics of the parts and gave some recommendation on pros and cons. Taylor was specially helpful making sure specific parts are compatible. Overall, I love the site and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I would shop here again. Fantastic service.
