You guys have an exceptional service if it comes to customer satisfaction. I bought a complete set (housing, filter, big eye lense, light and other things) but before I had some question which were all perfectly answered by chat. You even proposed some additional products which made my underwater photography much easier, thanks for that as well. I never got the impression that you tried to sell me stuff I didn't need/want. Even after the purchase your service is exemplary. I had issues with the video light I bought so I had to send it back but unfortunately my parcel never arrived. You offered me a special deal for a new light and if this were not enough you also offered me as well a special deal for the shipping as I also had issue with the shipping. Neither of these issues were your fault and nevertheless you were always accommodating and generous. I will forever buy underwater stuff only at Mozaik! Very realiable, outstanding service, super helpful, extremely nice staff! You guys are NUMBER 1!!!!

An underwater photographer for several years, I recently decided to go to a whole new camera and housing system to downsize my travel kit. I was unsure which way to go with the camera to begin with but Ran Mor helped me with that decision. Not making the decision, but helping to define what I wanted to do. Then came the housing. For years I had been using one brand and was quite comfortable with it. However, once again, Ran helped me define my goals and arrive at an answer. I have to say his knowledge of diving, photography, and travel when advising others about photo systems is spectacular and very much appreciated. He answered my endless numbers of questions with the utmost in professionalism and a sense of humour when it was needed. This 67 mm lens holder fit my Fantasea G7XII housing perfectly. It was exactly what I was looking for to hold my INON UCL- 165 for easy use. Thank you Mozaik for carrying it! Many thanks to Roni and Mozaik for seeing to it that my housing was in my hands before my trip in January. Exactly as ordered. They didn't think regular shipping would get it to me in time so the put it on Fedex. It was at my door 20 min. before we had to go. Next order I'll plan better. Thanks again.

Found it difficult to find specific products and had to continuously ask for assistance. When selecting a product there were no options for accessories for that particular product or the ubiquitous "people who bought this product also liked ....." screen.

I was very impressed with the Live Chat Agent. I came on to the website not knowing what i was really looking for and confused as there are many different options for cameras and underwater housings! within a few minutes of being on the website the Live chat agent popped up as if it new i was lost lol! And Mr. Roni helped me so well and answered all of my questions and gave me different reviews and articles to read to learn more :) I will most likely come back to this site to purchase a camera and housing once I decide what I want... Jim McKay here, I ordered a filter for my Intova dive camera, no mater what we tried it wouldn't fit. We found out that there was a design flaw in the older Intova cameras, Roni was wonderful and went beyond what could be expected, we had to make some adjustments so it would work. I am more than satisfied that everything was done that could possibly be. I will go back to them in the future to purchase cameras and equipment. Thanks Roni

WOW!!! Was I lucky! On March 11, 2016, I was in Cozumel, diving. Ran was in Belize, but was coming to Cozumel, so I met him for lessons on the bundle that I had bought from him, in Nov. I have had several underwater cameras and could figure out, nicely, how to use them. However, when I bought my Canon G16 and Fantasea light, I felt totally lost! I was in WAY over my head, as they were so much more sophisticated than my previous cameras. I spent the entire day with Ran, learning how to operate my new "toy". Ran was an excellent teacher and overall really nice guy. I thought I might feel stupid, but he made everything so simple for me and encouraged me by saying I could do it. I NEVER would have been able to figure it all out, by myself. He was also very professional, patient and eager to answer all my questions. We had lots of fun, as well, so the lessons weren't tedious. The plan was to also do a dive, together, so I could put my knowledge into action, however due to a horrible cold, I was not able to dive. I still think that I'm going to be able to use my new knowledge to take wonderful pictures. I also know that I can contact Ran, anytime, to get advice from him. He is truly a person who loves helping others. I would recommend, to anybody, not only buy great quality camera bundles, but to use Ran's extensive knowledge of cameras and how to take underwater pictures. I could not be happier!!! Over the last year or so I have purchased several uw cameras and housing. I have found the prices great especially when I'm purchasing from Canada. Helpful online service and great delivery. I would certainly purchase again, but hopefully what I have will keep me going for a while.

I just received my housing for my Olympus TG 3. There was a delay with the shipping from the warehouse in the U.S. Ran Mor himself sent me an e-mail to explain. He even sent an e-mail when it was shipped and when to expect it. Great service, and Canadian too so no customs or border fees

I have mixed feelings about Mozaik - 5 stars for product, selection, and pricing! Their customer service is great - if you reach someone, which isn’t always that easy. 2 stars for customer service. Their “live chat” agents are unable to answer even the easiest question, same with the agents on the telephone. All they do is collect your contact information to pass it on to the actual crew (which is, in contrast, very knowledgeable). That said, there is no such thing as a quick answer, which I found to be quite disappointing. More specifically to the product: Strobe - awesome. Tray - awesome. Flex arm - awesome. Fiber-optic cable kit - disappointingly cheap solution that I replaced immediately with the Sea&Sea original kit. Overall: Good, but not (yet) perfect. Would I order here again: sure!

Service was great. One part I ordered (fiber optic cable) was not in stock, and would not be available before I left on a trip. They put an alternate, cheaper, cable in the shipment so I would have one for my trip. When I got back the proper cable was waiting for me, and I get to keep the alternate cable to boot. Can't beat service like that.
