I purchased a new dock, remote, and extra battery. Our current remote kept dying and my research said to replace the remote and the dock. I swapped the battery and luckily, the remote started working again. Planning on the dock/remote swap when this battery dies.

We recently purchased a used 2013 HOTspot TX by Hotspring … hoping all was functional. It spent its whole life indoors so our ambition was hopeful as it as was in a NEW appearance. Got it home and rewired to 240volts from 120 and everything was functional!!! Except the control panel was missing digits in the display and was hard to understand the readings…. I wondered “what are the chances of finding an OEM control panel to bring our new acquisition to perfection?” eBay….nothin…. How I found this website/business I don’t recall…but WOW ….there it was ….OEM control panel and it wasn’t gonna break my bank to get my hands on one!!! So…I purchased and received it promptly….and with the included directions had a NEW control panel in my HotSpot TX!!!!!! Awesome experience…thanks again….and for somehow acquiring all these OEM parts for us ‘never say die’ home owners!!!
