Great follow-through on promises when there was a hiccup from their supplier. They accepted responsibility and were able to get me my Lifesmart Spa pump 2 day shipped so I didn't have to winter proof my spa.

I purchased several products from Hot Tub Spa supplies. Received an email within 2 hours indicating that my order was received, packaged and preparing to ship. I then received a few notifications over the next several days indicating when my package would arrive. When package arrived (promptly (about 5 days from when I placed the order)), all materials were in order and working just fine. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.
