I had a problem with the website and mistakenly entered my order twice because no confirmation number showed up the first time. I had contacted the company by phone to mention the problem and was told to try again because the site was having issues. After the second order was posted, I got a return call from them informing me that I had indeed ordered twice but that one order would be cancelled. I would never have known and would most likely have received both orders from any other company. Two days later, my order arrived! Above and beyond customer service!

I was surprised at how great the prices and fast shipping were compared to some of my local stores for the exact same product. You should give this place a try for all your spa supplies.

My own manual had the part wrong. I suppose during manufacturing they switch parts around so I ordered what was the correct part for the manual, but it was incorrect. This company figured out the problem and sent me the correct piece and took back the untouched replacement part. All is well and my tub is up and running. couldn’t be more grateful
