Fast shipping with excellent packaging

Love to use this pan. Excellent for sautéing and braising. Within a month this is the most-used pan in my kitchen. The copper has developed patina already, and it looks great, I have no inclination to polish it off. Very easy to clean the steel portions - even from burned-on stuff.
