I own both the ProBond and Nanobond sets and Nanobond is far superior! My probonds require a higher amount of maintenance and scratch really easily. My Nanobond set is beautiful and much easier to maintain its beauty. Regardless of this, my Nanobond is far superior when it comes to cooking and love the set and well worth the $4k cost if you want a quality set that performs well at all levels and categories!
