I lost a diamond out of my engagement ring and I was heartbroken. I was referred to Harling's by friends/family and it was the best advice ever. Jennifer was amazing and very helpful with selecting a replacement solitaire so I could keep my original band, and suggested a slightly different setting than I had, thus showing off the diamond a little more. I want to thank you folks for the great job you did on my ring. I received it today and it is beautiful, you couldn’t have done a better job. When I heard that the claims representative had me working with a company in Vancouver I was less than impressed. I wanted somewhere that I could have contact with the repair co. and see and handle the ring before making any commitment. Once I spoke to Karen and realized how helpful she was I felt a little more positive but was still going to have the ring made in Calgary. She worked with us on the ring size etc. and we found her so informative and helpful that we thought maybe we would try your Co. but still hesitant. After a number of calls and assurances from Karen we decided to go with your Co.. I want to assure you without Karen’s convincing, the results would have been different. Keep up the good work and the great Salespeople you employ.

The three stones represent my spouse and our two sons and the gold wrapped around them represents my love wrapping around my family. While visiting friends in Vancouver last year I stopped into Harlings to see what all the buzz was about. I met Jennifer who was absolutely wonderful. She is very honest, which is what I appreciated the most about her. I was so impressed with her designs that I've kept in contact. She even sent me a birthday card this year! We would like to give our enormous thanks to Harlings Fine Jewellers and Paolo Diligenti for replacing my once treasured engagement ring with such a finely crafted and beautifully identical ring. I had my engagement ring for nearly 23 years. The ring was well made in Vancouver by a custom jeweller who has since retired. I wore the ring most of the time and knew it in every detail. Unfortunately, in June, it vanished (I suspect it was stolen). I despaired at the loss, as it was, of course, not just a piece of jewellery. I went to Harlings to get a replacement made and worked with Paulo Diligenti. He was, and is, a good communicator, very professional, reassuring, and a pleasure to deal with. Despite wearing the ring for so long, I could only give Paulo a verbal description of my original ring, an old appraisal certificate, and a grainy, unfocused photograph to work with. We were both astonished at how beautifully crafted it was, precisely resembling the original.

Had a unfortunate incident and lost a Watch, Called Peter and was taken care of better than I could have expected . Peter and Chris found me the watch I wanted in no time ! Peter worked close with the insurance company and this allowed no delay in my replacment. In fact the adjuster at the insurance company knew of Harling's and prefers her clients to deal there !! I have had nothing but great service and great products from Harling's . Class act ! None Better Thank you

I had never been to Harling's before but I was looking for Tacori earrings and Harling's came up on a google search. I was surprised to find Harling's in an office tower and was even more surprised to find such a huge showroom with thousands of different jewelelry styles. I found the perfect earrings - and lots of ideas for future gifts- I will be back to Harling's and can't imagine shopping anywhere else

I was browsing this store for a birthday gift for my girlfriend and I have to say that the selection of jewellery was great! No pressure, attentive sales people showing me items in the showcase - the service here can't be beat. Ended up getting a beautiful tacori necklace, let's hope she likes it.
