We came in for an engagement ring and really didn't know much about what we were looking for. Christian walked us through the entire process end to end and taught us all the ins and outs of diamonds and different types of rings! We came in for multiple meetings where Christian gave us excellent advice and guided us on every detail. We also had plenty of diamonds to choose from. Christian always made sure we had what we needed and it was clear he cared about us getting the best possible ring! The imaging, wax figure, the final product all exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Christian if you are looking for a bespoke experience in creating your engagement ring for a great price.

Where do we even start... from the initial messages to start the designing process of my engagement ring, to a year later getting proposed to and being absolutely blown out of the water by its perfection and then the help from them to arrange for someone over on the island to size it for us... Long story but Harlings had done work on my ring on a couple of occasions – always amazing work & kind, friendly, knowledgeable service – and when I came...the week before Christmas...with a 911 request Christmas Christian and his team went above and beyond to get it done incredibly fast! And the workmanship is always perfection. Cannot speak highly enough about my experiences (3 or 4 at this point) and would absolutely recommend Harlings for jewellery alterations and maintenance!

I have a signet ring which I wear on my little finger. It is beyond priceless to me, it is my most cherished possession. It was given to my mother on her 10th birthday by her father, and she gave it to me for my university graduation. I have worn it for almost 40 years and it is my link to her. Over the years Harlings has restored it for me after I fell and damaged my ring (and my fingers!) badly, and two other times for a missing diamond and because the initials wore off. They have resized it for me two or three times as my fingers become arthritic. Each and every time I have taken this ring to Harlings, I have been treated professionally, with courtesy and respect. I am of modest means and don't have a lot of expensive jewellery, but it doesn't matter to Christian or the other professionals at Harlings. I am treated so well. More importantly, my precious ring is returned to me as if it were new. I have been a client at Harlings since the late 1980s and I will always be their biggest fan.
