I couldn’t find a reasonable retailer for replacement fabric parts for my secondhand UppaBaby Vista and came across Groovystyle who were so reasonably priced, fantastic information to guide what to buy, fantastic communication and easy to order. Would throughly recommend !

I purchased the uppababy rumble seat adapters for a model that had a product recall. This was the only place I found the correct ones for my model. The communication between myself and the company was fantastic. I placed the order and read the dispatch policy while awaiting confirmation of my product being sent. As I hadn't received any dispatch information after waiting the time specified frame, I emailed and received a really fast honest response. Turns out there was a problem with the stock level on the website,I was assured as soon as the stock came in it would be dispatched. Which I recieved promptly.

George really did persevere with our Axkid child car seat order, despite great difficulties and delays in obtaining the seat we had ordered, due to lack of availability nationally. George suggested several alternative solutions and we eventually chose the updated more recent version. When this also caused problems beyond his control, George proposed another solution which was most acceptable. He went well above and beyond what one would normally expect and his service was superb. We now have a seat and await new covers when they become available.
