A friend recommended this store, I’ve been looking for a buggy store with a personal touch. We didn’t have a budget set, we just had an idea of what we were looking for. Sarah in the store was the person we have needed throughout our buggy finding experience. We completely change our idea of what we wanted to something that would benefit us in the long run, I’ve struggled finding the right car seat and it’s like Sarah just knew what I was wanting. The experience with Sarah is something I’m thankful for. We have left knowing they can hold the buggy until nearer the time, a small fee to set the buggy up when we come to collect. Also to help set up the car seat. All the personal touches truly make you feel like you’re doing everything right is everything this store has to offer. Knowing if anything was wrong with the buggy we can go directly back to this store and even offer temporary items if needed. I didn’t even think they had places like this. I could ramble on so much more about this place. All I say is go down and have a chat. You’ll leave as satisfied like my wife and I. Thanks to Sarah for answering all our questions, helping us to make sure everything fits in the boot and making this experience something we won’t forget. Can’t wait to pick up our buggy.

I've contacted the company via Facebook messages in regards to Cybex Gazelle S bundle it's listed on the website. I've been surprised to get the answer literally within minutes on Sunday evening. I've been given an answer to all the questions I asked. On top of this company went far and beyond with the dispatch request which you wouldn't get with other companies. My item has arrived literally next working day and it's as described. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased my Uppababy Vista from Groovystyle back in 2015. One of the reasons we chose this over another make and company was due to the knowledge Groovystyle gave us about the product, additional after service the company offer. Well 7 years in and we are still using our travel system. We purchased the travel bag from them which extended our warranty again and I have to say for frequent travellers it’s been well worth the money. For our new addition this year we needed to purchased a new hood as the existing one had been damaged in storage. Not only did Groovystyle’s assistants point me in the right direction as there are new models but suggested I could change seat fabrics and colour entirely making it feel like a whole new buggy over again. I unfortunately broke the footplate on the seat. All my own doing. Don’t push harder when you meet resistance! I was able to purchase a new metal seat surround piece for a small charge Once again saving me from purchasing a whole new system and giving up that massive basket! It’s what I like about this brand most of the parts are available in after sales. Which let’s face it these buggy’s take some hammering. We live on a farm so the wide wheels are perfect for us are a dream. Groovystyle and Uppababy are a dream team!!

Really happy with the service from Groovystyle. It was the only site we could find that stocked maxi cosi replacement inlays. Postage was extremely fast. It arrived within 3 days of ordering.
