Ordered 2 replacement wheels for my Uppababy stroller. They arrived within 24hours and I was able to fit them in minutes.

Exactly what we wanted. Bought a new hood and seat for our uppababy 2017 pram which refreshed the whole set without having to buy a new one. Easy to instal/change over.

The goods came quicker than expected which is a positive. The only negative would be I was a new customer and I saw other reviews where customers had got a discount in-store and I did enquire as to whether I could get a discount to match a competitors price and for the fact that I was a new customer but they refused. The 10% for new customers was not valid on my purchase which was for a pram frame but I feel like it should have been. Even if it's something small it makes a difference to how the customer thinks of the business and makes it much more likely that that customer will use them in the future. Having said that, I would purchase from them again unless a competitor offers a substantial enough discount then I will take a risk elsewhere.

We were gifted Cabriofix car seats from family for our twins, but one newborn insert had been lost and the other had no wedge. These were the best we could find online and they fit perfectly. We had purchased just the wedge elsewhere and returned it to get another one of these because of how well it fits. Excellent item for the Cabriofix.
