Good pricing (even if delivery is fairly expensive) but absolutely great after sales customer service with a small issue instantly xed at no extra cost. Very much appreciated as currently dealing with a number of other suppliers for a project where defects are not remedied.

The purchase process was very smooth, and I found all the necessary information in the product description, which was excellent. Excellent service from the staff at the Cannock branch. The carpet fitters were efficient and very quick considering the landing, stairs and lounge area were being done. The only gripe I have is with the delivery. The carpet rolls were too cumbersome to get through the front door so the delivery man left them on the drive and cleared off. This seems to be the common practice nowadays.

We’ve had a great experience with direct wood flooring- our joiner even asked where we got it from so he could tell his future customers! We had great service before we decided on which LVT to go for too. Couldn’t fault it! Just waiting to get the tiling done and then we’re finished in our dream kitchen! Very helpful staff helping me choose the right type of grass for my garden and pets,

I purchased the artificial grass type Lucerne back in May 2021 and each year i wash and rake the pile back up and it still looks like new even with dog and cats using it daily, it has good drainage and has never flooded, definitely worth paying the extra for the quality.

All materials were delivered with good communications and accuracy.

Thé store initially ordered the wrong vinyl, but rectified that quickly. The fitter Jamie is a lovely chap. He did a great job. I would use the Flooring Superstore again.

Very nice indeed. Finishes everything off, looks great, and is of great quality. I would highly recommend it.

Staff in store were great and helpful. Then from ordering and paying it went downhill fast. Had to chase to arrange date for fitter to come out. Flooring order was then messed up half the flooring didn’t arrive. Causing further delays and 3 days out of work for deliveries that never showed up. Never return calls and bad service. Avoid!
