Grass was unfortunately 3 days later in arriving due to distribution fault - not a problem caused by Flooring Superstore.

So far delighted with quality of grass. . looks so real compared with other products. Admired by everyone. Needed larger strip than shop could provide, bur no problem to manufacturer

Staff in store were helpful and knowledgeable. The range of products was great and we found exactly what we wanted. The installation was somewhat frustrating as he miscommunicated timings repeatedly, and damaged the doorframe, though the floor now looks great.
