Preston handled out issue with enthusiasm and care. We did not get our order in time despite getting the extra shipping but they made up for it by resending it several times and refunding us the lost money. I never would have thought that the Dripstick wod be worth it. I paid the $2 and got my sample pack and have now purchased the First Timer's kit and now a box of more Dripsticks. Makes cleanup hassle free. Not sharing each end of the towel AWE-kwardly before waddling to the bathroom has been beyond one of the best things.
