Shipping was fast, Product was affordable, Plenty of product was given, and it ACTUALLY works! I LOVED the informational memo of the crew and the sticker! That made the company really come across as real people instead of an entity. I feel that while this product is not only perfect for me and my needs, that I've connected with a relative community of people who get what I'm going through.

Haven't gotten my dripsticks yet but I doubt I'll order anymore regardless of how good they are. Paid $15 to get 2day air shipping on my $20 order and it took them 4 business days to actually ship it. They also used a different carrier than the one advertised during checkout and shipped it with the version of shipping that excludes weekend delivery (even though the carrier offers it on all their deliveries by default) so it's going to take 8+ days to get the thing I paid 75% of the cost of in shipping fees so they can pocket some of the $15 I paid in shipping. Scummy, e-commerce shop with a poor focus on customer experience.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy

I placed the order for Valentine’s Day, sadly the shipping was not sent and it did not arrive until a week later. I emailed the company and they quickly made it right and it eventually made it. We love the product and customer service but I think that maybe the shipping could use some help. We referred the product to some friends and they ordered and the exact same thing happened to them.

This is the best product I never knew I needed!! Works Fabulously! No more dripping or worse using a tampon..ugh! Finally!!
