They take time with shipping and they don't even update you on the status of ur shipping. You always have to contact them

Order placed on 8th June,and to date it hasn’t been shipped nor do I have a status update. Initially spoke to Karl, but now no one is answering be it the landline nor the mobile numbers listed on the website.

The site is good, with plenty of information to help make the shopping experience easy, and delivery was good. I'm just a little disappointed with the quality of the ceiling light itself, which doesn't seem worth the price due to it's poor construction.
