The product is good. But 10days after payment I had to call to find out when delivery was going to take place. Then only the delivery was suddenly the next day. . . . Would be nice to be kept updated on the shipping progress in advance.

Bought 4 of these and
Bought 4 of these and they work very well. I only had about 80mm clearance on my false ceiling, so these worked perfectly in the space. Very bright and easy to install.

I purchased products 17 days ago and and emails are not getting replied and I sent a message on FACEBOOK MESSENGER and I was immediately blocked! POOR service! BAD work ethics! UNPROFESSIONAL! DISAPPOINTED and UNHAPPY customer!

Shipping took quite a while, though I might just be spoiled by faster deliveries. It would be really helpful to get a heads-up on the expected delivery date, or if there will be any delays. Other than that, the prices are excellent and shopping online is very easy. Thank you, Future Light
