Fire hazard
My brand new tree has a short. It will not stay lit. Their customer service is not able to be reached by phone. Who knows when I will get a call back or when they resolve the issue. Will I have a tree for Christmas? Not feeling as if that will happen. And it’s their fault.

I received my order promptly but the tree didn’t meet my expectations. Customer service said they’d provide return instructions but 6 days later no email.

72" Nutcracker
This is a continuous of my previous review..Although I was happy to hear that my replacement cord had been shipped without any acknowledgement to me, it did arrive as you said. Problem is the wrong cord was sent. It doesn't even fit on the nutcracker.

Never have I ordered anything on-line and had it surpass my expectations. Just set our tree up, and it is BEAUTIFUL. Very realistic tree- lovely wild shape- great quality. We will enjoy this tree for years.

Christmas nutcracker 72"
I purchased a 72" Nutcracker made thru Fraser Farm back in November 2022. Paid almost $1000 for it. After a year the powercord would not work anymore. I contacted customer service to start a request. It has been a nightmare trying to get an answer from anyone. One day they tell me they shipped it out as a free replacement, next time they couldn't even find my information with a case ID number. So disappointing!!

The tree I purchased is pretty but the top section is bent. I wrote customer service and sent two photos of the problem. They did not see an issue. They do not stand behind their product.

5 Ft Farmhouse Fir tree
The tree was not what expected. It was very thin and not as full in the picture. I tried to spread the branches as much as I could.

DISAPPOINTED
This is our first artificial tree. We have many live cedar trees, so was excited to see your northern cedar tear drop tree offered. When it arrived I eagerly opened the flaps of the box and pulled back the bubble wrap and my heart sank,I replaced the wrap and retapped the box.. The first thing I saw was an awful very plastic odd green cedar piece nothing like what a cedar looks like. I’m sorry but was hit with a vision of an inexpensive wreath. If I could see it that quickly what would my guests see. For my first tree I just couldn’t keep it. I guess my expectations were too high. Nickie / elaine

Received damaged product.. very rude and unpleasant customer service experience while calling to address the issue. Quality of product awful as well . Will not order from this company ever again.

20 ft Cat is awesome!
I found the cat on line. I realize it is so big you will never see it in the stores. A great find! We have a floodlight on it at night, and it definitely gets its share of gawkers. We love it! Also, they have REAL customer service! Top Notch. I was so impressed, I ordered a 20 ft Snowman for Christmas! Can't wait to put it up.
