As promised to this company, I will be leaving my complaints everywhere promised for this company and this product. I purchased this tree around 2020. I thought I was buying a quality Christmas tree for my family that we could have for many years to come. Little did I know that after two Christmas’s, the lights would begin going out one by one. I have been trying to find replacement bulbs, but all of the ones I have tried are way dimmer than the originals and you can hardly see them. There is also a burning smell coming from the tree. The branch bristles constantly shed everywhere and there are gaps all in the tree after fluffing. After contacting Fraser Hill Farms to try to buy replacement bulbs, I am immediately told that the tree is outside the one year warranty, which I said nothing about a warranty because I’m not trying to claim warranty. I am then told that they do not sell bulbs and that I would have to replace the tree to have functional lights. WHAT?! I am beyond furious. I paid $500 for a piece of junk that lasted 3 years of Christmas and now half of the tree doesn’t light up. I’m not even trying to get anything free. Simply trying to find somewhere to buy bulbs that light up. Now I will be throwing this $500 piece of garbage in the trash. Hopefully the next brand I find sells quality products that they can stand behind because I will never deal with Fraser Hill Farms again. BEWARE that you may be throwing $500 in the garbage in a couple years if you buy this junk.

We have struggled to find a replacement for the realistic, flocked tree we’ve used for several years. I took a chance on the Fraiser Hill 7. 5 foot Mountain Pine, and it did not disappoint. The snow is so realistic and appointed appropriately around the tree to create that “just cut from the forest” look. It was easy to assemble and took only a few minutes to fluff. *Note: there are gaps between sections and some branches. If you don’t like that look for hanging, stay away from this tree. We have large ornaments and love the openings which make for easier hanging.

I bought two 24" Christmas wreathes. They were beautiful. Well-constructed. I will buy from you again.

I’ve climbed inside and outside, from the bottom to the neck several times. Now they want a picture of the problem and receipt. How do you take a picture of something that’s not there on solid black cloth and an order from Amazon. I’m 84 years old and I’m lost. But I’m sure they will send me another email telling me to look on her back. All I want is her VOICE BOX. ILL BE HAPPY TO PAY EXTRA FOR IT WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLMENT. I bought the Fraser Hill Farm Mountain Valley Pine (7.5 ft) . I am very pleased with the quality. Also the versatility in shaping the tree as well.

I just received your grave digger And was missing one part of his leg I called and got a run a round I sent everything you asked for only to get were unable to warranty your product because it wasn't registered I only had it for 2 days from amazon I purchased over 800.00 of items from you guys and now I'm wondering if all of them will be OK by holoween I won't be purchasing anything more from Fraser Hill farms I'm staying away from that name thanks Mr. Turner

Cons: 1) I purchased this tree specifically because it was described as having a "sparkle" lighting option but it does not have such an option. It flashes, fades (but fade turns completely off then back on) and lights steady. 2) The lights are not wired to the branches - they're just haphazardly draped among the branches, resulting in uneven distribution. I suspect after a few years, I will have to figure out how to more firmly attach them to the branches. I would have returned it but had already discarded my previous tree so had to use it. Pros: 1) I love the EZ Connect technology. 2) The branches are realistic looking - a mixture of thinner and thicker branch tips. 3) 55" is the perfect diameter - slimmer than a full-size but not as slim as actual "slim" trees. 4) It is lovely when lit.

I love my tree! I can not say enough how gorgeous it is. Pictures do not do it justice. The shape, the branches, my ornaments, and love put into it, made this my most beautiful art project ever! I say art…because I don’t want to take it down! I love it that much! The flocking on it is truly realistic! My granddaughter asked if it was real! She’s 3 but she even said “it’s the most beautiful tree”. The branches hold up heavier ornaments and make placing ornaments so easy. I am so happy I purchased this tree! Thank you for making my Christmas a beautiful piece of artwork!!!

When my 86 yr old mother purchased the tree a section of the tree lights didn’t work. She called and spoke to someone who told her to send in an email the issue with a picture. She did this and never heard a response.

Purchased 2 different flocked pine trees. These are insanely the best artificial trees I’ve ever had. The family was crazy impressed. Highly recommended

Product as described although missing a component but the Custumer Service excellent in solving the issue. If it was a way to inspect the product to make sure all components, parts and instructions are included before gets shipped probably you save some headaches. Over all very satisfied with the final purchase. Thank you happy and happy holidays!

the 9' flocked tree is beautiful. Very easy assembly

One of the worst purchases I have made for holiday decorations. The first order arrived with the large tree broken (wires were no longer attached). Then the replacement I requested arrived in a very damaged box and worked for less than a week. Now, the original small tree is no longer working and has been up for two weeks. Poor quality and not careful shipping. Customer service did respond within a couple days which is good, but the trees were not good quality.

Great product. Was shipped quickly.

We live in an apartment and space is limited. This tree looks great and fits perfectly.
