My nutcrackers are everything! I love them so much. They were pricey, but well worth every dime.

Arrived in a non descript cardboard box. Rolled up in a ball. I should have known them to just return it. It stayed inflated for maybe two days before it would go limp and now is completely broken. So disappointed

We ordered two of the 10’ tall inflatable nutcrackers. They are a fun addition to our Christmas light display and nice to have during the day as well! They are good quality and inflate and deflate nicely. Also, when I purchased I forgot to apply my new customer discount and the customer service helped refund a d recharge me with the discounted price!

TERRIBLE service. I ordered an expensive tree which arrived later than advertised. Parts of the tree do not light up. I have spent a week calling and emailing and getting passed around with NO resolution. Two weeks before Christmas and no tree.

Easy to assemble and really cute. Livens up the room.

We live the tree but we got it all put together and the lights won’t come on

Tree shipped quickly, easy to assemble, looks great! Customer Service is top notch as I had to submit a couple of tickets, response was fast and both requests were immediately approved. Received replacement remote control in two days, and it now works perfectly!

I had to really search stores and the web to find a decent table top tree that didn't look super cheap. This one has many tips and appears full especially after being decorated. The tree comes in a heavy base covered by burlap and mine is CROOKED. I pushed and tried to straighten it until I stopped out of worry that it would break. There's not a lot of tree shape to it which is why it is called a slim tree I'd guess. It's almost cyclindrical. It'll do. Thank goodness I had some wood shims to put under the base.

Amazing quality and structure

There were some confusion as to the office that handled my zip code, but overall phone calls and follow-up were managed rather well. Driver called as promised when on his way, and again when he arrived. Asked where he would leave Patrick and got him as closed to its winter location.

Santa’s colors are bright, and the detail is wonderful. Very satisfied with the santa/ shipping/packaging. If you do put him outside you will need a spotlight on him.

It’s the perfect size, easy to put together, the color of the lights are beautiful. My only complaint would be that it smells like plastic. It’s been up for just over a week and it still has the odor. Hopefully it will fade soon.

Your 7.5 buffalo fir did not dissapoint!! The frost and pinecones are so realistic! One sad note, yall need to offer a 6.5-7.5 in a 24 to 30 inch base. I had to settle for an inferior tree and would rather yall had my money.

The tree is pretty once you pull the branches apart. Lost a good amount of the snow. However, I didn’t look to see if it were toxic to pets so it’s high up so she cannot reach it. Once set the lights on it’s beautiful
