placed an order for a product listed as in stock, a week in I messaged and was told item would be coming from the mfg. and would ship soon. over a month later and no shipping update and no product in hand.

They list items in stock but weeks go by and they never ship. Then they say they didn’t have it and are waiting for manufacturer.

Pumps never received, nor was I able to get someone to answer the phone (despite several attempts). I received acknowledgment of payment, but nothing since. I never received tracking information or any communication. I intended to purchase 6 more once the first two were received. We have purchased primers from you before, so I didn’t expect this problem. I had hoped to ascertain whether or not this blade would function through standing water on overloaded floors and communicate this to my volunteer department. Personally, I would not feel comfortable with this blade being issued to these personnel without some understanding of the use dynamics, lest someone get whacked. As a 34 year professional firefighter, I am well aware of these blades operational characteristics and appropriate safety precautions. As I have recently upgraded to a 14 inch Stihl, I'd like to give this style a fair assessment rather than just the usual negative rake blade. Any possibility??

Customer service was terrible. Waited weeks for my order. Was never shipped. Wasn’t told it was out of stock, on back order, or was awaiting anything. Although, after trying to go directly through manufacture, I do believe they are the problem. I suggest building a closer relationship with manufacturer for easy communication.

The product is as ordered, but the communication was very poor. I had to call multiple times just to get order updates. Your site makes it seem as if you have this item in stock instead of coming via a 3rd party distributor.

Replaced the item that was sent on accident great company

I was told the product I was purchasing was in stock and ready for shipment not only by the website, but also Mr. Feld. I was informed several days after order was place that the product I ordered was not in stock and backorder for at least 4-6weeks. My card was charged upon placing the order rather than holding the charge u til the product was shipped. Still waiting the shipping estimate time of 4-6 weeks and still waiting...
