Still have no received my items I ordered in September. Signed into my account and tells me nothing.

Order was as expected. Took a little long to receive but all in all ok

Waited several weeks to get some rope products and only recieved 1 of the 4. after another few weeks of no updates, I requested a refund, which was issues after several more days, and not for the full amount(I guess they keep sales tax when refunding?)

I'm extremely disappointed that I ordered items on 8/9/24 and they were not scheduled to ship until 9/4/24. I'm even more disappointed that nowhere on your website did it indicate that the lead time on shipping would be one month, or I would not have ordered. I was told that I would be provided with a tracking number when my order shipped on 9/4 and it's now 9/9 and I have received neither a shipping number nor my items.
