My department purchased fans almost a month ago and I have yet to receive them. I contacted the company and they said they were being shipped from the manufacturer. It didn't state that when they were purchased.

Ordered 2 Akron drain valves almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. No feedback as to what has caused the delay.

I never got my package just told that the supplier was shipping it. It’s been a month, I will never use this company again, nor tell any one else to use it, I want my money back.

Canceled the order after Bo communication about shipping

I was shocked that it had to take almost a month for the delivery to be made. There was never any indication that it would take such a lengthy time to get to my grandson.

I would not have ordered if I knew it will take 3 months to fulfill a small equipment order. I would have used another option.

Waste of time trying to buy from this place. Just another website with no real investment in selling products they claim to represent. Had to beg them a week after order was placed to see where out parts were only to find out that there was a ridiculous 6-8 week lead time on some simple parts their site said IN STOCK. Can't stand places like this.

Through no fault of theirs the wrong parts were drop shiped from the manufacturer. Feld Fire did a great job of quickly getting the error connected. Thanks

We ordered a few items that shipped straight from the supplier. Unfortunately, contents of the box were different than what was ordered and what was listed on packing slip. I emailed the Feld sales staff and had a reply within 24hrs, within a couple days it was sorted out and correct items were delivered. Great company to work with!

I ordered on 12/4/24 it’s 1/4/25 and the product still has not been delivered.

I would try and find a different place to buy your products from, It is clear to me the management of this company is not capable of providing any level of customer service.

Good stuff. Everything works as expected.

Still have not received the hose. Bill has been paid. Sent email to see when it would arrive and received not response.
