My peach conserve this year was exquisite! After years of reading about the benefits of copper jam pots, I finally invested in myself and purchased a piece of this beautifully manufactured cookware. I was pleasantly surprised by its weight when it arrived, incredibly well packaged. Its handles are large and easy to grasp, which is wonderful considering its heft. After cooking, the pot cleans like dream. My only concern now is which piece to purchase next. Thank you, Falk!

I couldn't be happier with every single piece of Falk cookware we have. The oval Au Gratin pan is perfect for making ratatouille in. I know we will be enjoying it for years to come.

Excellent pan lid for my existing pan

We just made 9 pints of cherry jam using our new Jam Pot. We loved it!! We would certainly recommend this Pot for anyone interested in home jam & jelly canning. Also, since jams and jellies are best made in small batches in the home this size pan is more than adequate for most domestic needs. Great product at a reasonable cost!
