Originally I bought my Falk pans because I wanted quality copper pans. Although these are certainly that, they are still gorgeous when polished even after all these years. These pans are without doubt the easiest I have ever owned for cleaning. I've only used them in the oven so I wouldn't know if they are non-stick per se, but they are beautiful on the table and cleanup is always a non-issue.

The performance of these pans is superb and will leave almost any other pan in the dust.

This is a good combination for basic cooking. I use at least one of the items most days. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and have outstanding heat conductivity.

This is an excellent roasting pan for the price. Thick copper, you can take right from the oven and place on the stove to make gravy. Comperable brands cost 50% more.

Heavy duty and beautiful

I have lots of Falk copper ware and use this one often as I can caramelize and brown on the stove top and then finish in the oven, without having a handle to contend with. A beautiful workhorse piece.

This is the one of the prettiest and most used Falk pan I have and I have several...It's the type of pan that is a supermodel-- cute, beautiful and strong all at once.

I recently purchased the 10 piece signature collection for my wife and she immediately fell in love with the product. The beauty of the product and ease of cleaning makes this a perfect collection for any home. These are not your average ordinary pots and pans, this is a collection worth having.

When I think of the pan, I think of 1. the quality 2. the fact that it is copper 3. the fact that it is a wok. I am used to working with a 12" iron skillet, so it is It difficult for me to compare this pan with other woks or other large copper pans.
