I received the wrong item in my order. I reached out and the right item was sent, but I was responsible for printing the return label and getting the wrong item to a depot. For my trouble, all I got was the thing I should have received in the first place. I believe that I should have received something for my trouble - maybe the item I ordered for free. Beyond that, I have had good service from the company.
