My experience is good except I-DROP® PUR and I-DROP® PUR GEL have been out of stock for a long time. In my Order #97405 which I placed two months ago, the I-DROP® PUR is still unavailable and has not been fulfilled yet.

Shipping and service are excellent

I want to return this item. I have emailed customer service as instructed. NO RESPONSE. Its been over a week.

Pretty good stuff! Easy website, etc. Great selection of products. My eyes have never felt better. My only complaint is out of stock items leave you wondering if the product will be restocked and if so, when. I did send a message to CS and they responded promptly with an expected date (for a product I wanted). Yep, I’ll be coming back
