The order was delivered as detailed on website but communication was poor. Didn't get an order confirmation or an update on the delivery until the day. Only one person to deliver the roll of grass and I'm not sure how he would have coped if my builder hadn't stepped in to help. 4 stars given because they did actually delivery within the timescale as promised. I would definitely recommend as they offer a great choice at reasonable prices.
