Was expected to offload a 80kg roll of turf from the lorry! I’m a 50+ something lady who’s had 4 shoulder ops. This would’ve been a struggle for anyone! No mention of this at time of ordering being why delivery was free

Product good. But expecting a fifty something lady to offload an 80kg roll of artificial turf from the lorry was unacceptable. Just the one delivery man who made it clear he obviously needed help. This was never mentioned at time of ordering. Therefore I wouldn’t purchase from Express Grass again.
